Biography

Noah Isakov is a Professor of Immunology and Chair of The Shraga Segal Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Faculty of Health Sciences Ben Gurion University of the Negev Beer Sheva Israel. He received his PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot Israel 1981 and performed postdoctoral studies at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis MN 1981-1983 and the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla CA 1983-1987. He performed a Sabbatical at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the NIH Bethesda MD 1993-1995 and served as an Esther Z Greenberg Honors Chair in Biomedical Research at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Oklahoma City OK 2003-2004 and President of the Israel Immunological Society 2004-2006.

Immunology, signal transduction, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology.
